Phyllodes tumors are rare fibro-epithelial that known to grow very rapidly in a short period. The tumor is for its propensity recur locally despite adequate wide excisions and even mastectomies. This case report of woman who had recurrent peculiar location. tumours generally confined arising from the breast; however, this case, we found it anterior abdominal wall. tumour was removed with 2 cm margin excision. large defect remained after excision reconstructed using latissimus dorsi flap, along split skin graft. immediate post-operative period uneventful. Ultrasonography did not detect recurrence 12 months. We presented relevant literature highlighting infiltration into wall, our surgical management reconstructive planning closure post-excision defect.
